I suggest subscribing via e-mail. Filtering the list into an appropriate
folder, I use one called PDML.

Set you email software to sort the list into threads. That makes it easy to
browse the list and skip threads that don't interest you. If they really
bother you you can filter those threads directly into the trash (or deleted
items) folder and never see them again.
