I'm not really seeing anything that I would call noise. Although at  
this size image it's hard to tell. It's only ISO 200. Noise shouldn't  
be a problem. However, blacks always render somewhat odd. And, as I  
said, you only get so much dynamic range. I think you nailed it here.  
But I'll look forward to seeing any revisions.
