So what makes you think Pentax can do any better than Hassleblad, Maymia, Leaf etc? REPLY: Because the companies listed above a backyard businesses in size compared to Pentax and have to make all their earnings from selling very few, very expensive products. Whereas Pentax quite litterally sells millions of digital cameras a year. Theres also the effect of having a R&D facility not depending on selling a few mega expensive products to finance its operation.
