A tripod of course helps with level and a bubble level on the hotshoe can also when shooting that way. Tom C. ============ Be nice if camera would warn when it's not level. I get so caught up with what I am shooting that I am often tipping when I am not aware of it. I got a hot shoe bubbler recently, just came, as an interim solution. But I can see real problems with that -- not that easy to line the bubble up and one has to take one's eye away from the viewfinder to do it. But in a pinch it may be a lot better than nothing.
