It's probably the "Mafud Syndrome". Don't take me seriously Mafud. It's the people (in general) that were raised to believe that Kodak is THE BEST, THE STANDARD. Because they are of that mind set and because they care enough, they also probably take better photographs (in general) than the bunch that just buys whatever is on sale.
Think about it. One other question... out of curiosity, what brand of minilab is it?
