Hmm. This one is not so successful to me. Too many static elements  
outside of the primary subject area, and the color balance is too  
warm overall for me to be totally happy.

I think it would be more successful with a tighter crop, cutting out  
that protective gate in the lower foreground and the right side up to  
somewhere between the first and second horse. That would focus my  
attention on the moving elements against the signage and the faces.

I'd also be happier with a warm tone B&W rendering, it would fit the  
mood of the photo better.

Now that I like ... and it would work much better cropped per the  
suggestions above.
