Interestingly enough, I found a 65mm Super Angulon in my 4x5 case yesterday. I have no idea where it came from. I probably bought it on eBay a few years ago and then forgot it after it arrived. The 65mm would be close to the same angle of view as the 15mm is on the istD, so after that it depends on if you can stop it down far enough and perhaps use a little lens tilt to get what you want. You might need to back up a bit with the intention of cropping the negative. I rarely have problems getting enough depth of field with 4x5, almost always have problems that way with smaller formats.
