It was in the airport lunch counter at Heathrow.  Nearly every 
reasonably priced eatery, (that was not actually a pub, and some that 
were), hell I thought England was the home of tea.  It was like the 
institutional swill that passed for coffee everywhere except the better 
restaurants, (and sometimes even in those), in the US.
