I can't say I understand you here. At least, I sure haven't found a way to keep my slides dust-free, and if I'm going to pay someone to scan them, I think the least I could expect is for them to brush the dang dust off before doing so, especially if they are claiming to be 'professional'. These weren't scanned at Walmart or the grocery store.
