The big deal on the touch/iPhone isn't the PocketPC/Palm/Blackberry-type functionality(Which is very common), it's the iPod side of things. The iPhone is hands-down the best MP3-playing phone available, and also offers a lot more storage than most SmartPhones. If the iPhone had an HDD, I'd be interested in one, as it is, it's a downgrade as an MP3 player from my 60GB iPod.
