The 645 A35/3.5 barrel distortion is well constrained, simple and can be corrected easily with Photoshop if you're doing architectural work. I love the wide field of view of lenses like this, and I think that this field of view does better on the more square proportions of 645 than on the 2:3 proportions of the DSLRs or 35mm. (I get similar feelings from using the Olympus ZD 11-22 on the L1 body, also a 3:4 proportion format ... so much so that I'm now beginning to fantasize that the Olympus ZD 7-14 lens might actually be a sensible purchase ... gawds, I'll die a pauper... !) >> http://homepage.mac.com/ramarren/photo/PAW7/19b.htm > > I remember that one. Very nice. Didn't you have another at a gas > station? Thanks. :-) Yes, "Skull Valley Station" in Utah. I posted that one in the PAW 2006 set: http://homepage.mac.com/ramarren/photo/PAW6/39.htm That trip was in November/December 2006 yet it feels like it happened last week ... has over a year really gone by?
