The 645 A35/3.5 barrel distortion is well constrained, simple and can  
be corrected easily with Photoshop if you're doing architectural work.

I love the wide field of view of lenses like this, and I think that  
this field of view does better on the more square proportions of 645  
than on the 2:3 proportions of the DSLRs or 35mm.

(I get similar feelings from using the Olympus ZD 11-22 on the L1  
body, also a 3:4 proportion format ... so much so that I'm now  
beginning to fantasize that the Olympus ZD 7-14 lens might actually  
be a sensible purchase ... gawds, I'll die a pauper... !)

Thanks. :-) Yes, "Skull Valley Station" in Utah. I posted that one in

That trip was in November/December 2006 yet it feels like it happened  
last week ... has over a year really gone by? Yikes!
