I just discovered that my Sigma EX APO teleconverter (the 2x one) won't work with my SMC-FA*80-200/2.8 (either the elements of the teleconverter extend too far forward or the elements of the lens extend too far back; I'm going to let them argue amongst themselves as to which is actually the case).
The Pentax 1.7x AF converter works fine. Can anyone recommend a good 1.4x TC? I'd like to try the Sigma EX APO 1.4x since the 2x is so good, but I'm hesitant to buy it given the problem with the 2x and this lens.
