I was driving to work a couple of winters ago, and ended up in the ditch. I was in 4WD, was driving well under the speed limit, as conditions were terrible, and got whited out by a wind gust. Unfortunately, it happened on a slight curve, and I ended up driving into the ditch while under complete control of my truck. I wonder how the proposed law would deal with this sort of situation.
