Sorry Bruce, for picking apart your picture so brutally, and sorry Marnie,
for making a critique, rather than slavering over the nonexistent
wonderfulness of this picture.
And sorry Paul, for disagreeing with you, but I am so obviously right, and
you, so obviously wrong, that I am certain that with sober second thought,
you will surely see the error of your thought process and bring yourself
around to my way of thinking.

EB (but in a nice way).

I never said that one should do that about photos, Bill, and you know it.
I've certainly offered quite a few criticisms (not just praise) to others'
photos recently.

Since you mention me in particular, I think the shot would have been better
a little lower. But I realize Bruce probably couldn't get lower, as he was on
a bank.

Contrary to your opinion, what I like IS the juxtaposition, two rocks, two
people. We all know that Bruce can take great landscape shots, he's shown many
here. So I like it when he departs from that a little. And no, I don't think
he needs to switch to LF. He shot MF for years. Although that might have
improved his skills so he shoots with 35mm (DSLR) very well. Also I know he is
an extremely busy guy and even catching a landscape or casual people shot now
is pushing his time. So I appreciate seeing them when he does.

But you're entitled to your opinion, EB, you always were. And you usually
tell us... eventually.

Marnie aka Doe ;-)
