NO, it was new in box, unused K10D body for $820. I didnt buy because same
day I got the *istDS in same condition for $329. Almost $500 price
difference at that point in time. Now its less od course....

Ah yes, a 'New' item on Ebay for $80 under list (Note the kit was $999,
body-only was $899). Such a deal. And certainly not new, most likely
somebody flipping a purchase at a mild loss.
