I don't have that URL handy any more since I deleted the earlier emails. 
  But the first thing is to go to icann.org and look up the domain name 
in their "WhoIs" database.  That should give a name and contact 
information for the registrar of their domain.  You can also look up the 
IP address that the domain resolves to and go to iana.org and look up 
what business or entity owns that block of IP addresses.

In Windows, open a "DOS" command window.  This command will tell you the 
IP address that the domain resolves to:

     nslookup <domain-name>

like

     nslookup whatever.hu
