Actually, no they aren't, at least not on ARIN. That's GoDaddy's netblock and the info is correct, you don't SWIP blocks for a simple hosting account like this, and the folks in question likely don't have more than a couple servers hosted anyways. ARIN doesn't permit the same sort of contact info shenanigans that you can do with domain registries. The scum in question do have their domain registry anonimized, but not by GoDaddy. -- M.
