A couple of years ago I took Mark's recommendation for pair.com and have been very pleased. I have had a few occasions to ask dumb questions related to hosting and using the several domains I have hanging off their servers; their responses are always reasonably prompt, very detailed, very helpful. And their responses are signed, so follow-up questions go back to the same person who already understands the context. I just started up a blog for a church project at a cost of an extra $2.95/month for installation and use of MovableType.
