I see from the EXIF data that you are using Photoshop CS3.

In the save for web dialogue box there now an option to to convert to
a particular colour profile (from your working colour space) & then
embed that profile in the image. sRGB is still the best option for web
display images.

The colour space that your camera is set to is irrelevant when shooting RAW.
