Hi, Don't know if anyone has done this yet (due to the lag between the archives and real time) but here is a list of some equivalent numbers for different button cell manufacturers.
SR44 = 357, 7, 541, RW42 (nominally 1.55V) LR44 = B-LR44, A76, EPX76, RW82, KA76 (nominally 1.3V) Sorry I don't have the relevant manufacturers for each number (although each number may have more than one manufacturer) and note that there will be other equivalents as well.
