I would recommend www.batteries.com they list batteries by camera model, and
have a whole page on Pentax:

http://www.batteries.com/drilldown.asp?mfgdsc=Pentax&mfgcode=PENT&name=Camer
a&grpdsc=Camera&grp=CAMERA&SID=BA59FE846E0C481A88A43816EFA8E0B9&type=model&f
iltercode=

They are great if you have a camera and don't know what batteries to put in
it. I bought some for an old MG I acquired recently. They were reasonably
priced, shipped quickly and were indeed the right ones.

Regards,

Hi,

Don't know if anyone has done this yet (due to the lag between
the archives and real time) but here is a list of some
equivalent numbers for different button cell manufacturers.

SR44 = 357, 7, 541, RW42 (nominally 1.55V)
LR44 = B-LR44, A76, EPX76, RW82, KA76 (nominally 1.3V)

Sorry I don't have the relevant manufacturers for each number
(although each number may have more than one manufacturer) and
note that there will be other equivalents as well.

Finally; if you think this will be useful information, save it.
It will not be there when you search the archives.......
