If my house burns down it'll do so whether I'm at home or not. The data I don't want to lose gets archived to two copies on DVD. One set is kept at an offsite location, the other is kept in the house for convenience in case I make a stupid mistake. Both sets are written to good-quality discs and stored in airtight containers with a couple of those little silica gel bags thrown in. The scale of cataclysm that causes the simultaneous loss of both will probably have me worrying about far more important things. - Dave -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
