Well, this may sound strange, but check your local Ritz Camera Lab.
There is one here that does in house 24x36 for 40.00 and it only takes
15 minutes if they aren't too busy.
I have seen some of their work in our camera club and it's not bad at
all. They only do glossy here so if you need a matte or other surface
then you may have to shop around.
A friend in CA has a favorite lab out there but it would take a few
days to find out.
