I've had El-Co Color Labs do several 20 x 30's for me and have been pleased with the results.
http://www.elcocolor.com/poster_special.htm They have their own proprietary software for up-rezzing that seems to work well. The only hitch is you have to order a minimum of two prints - but they don't have to be the same size or the same image. They're not ink jet so the archival quality would be the same as any other photographic print. Prices start at about 10USD for a 20 x 30. -p J. C.
