I still have a bunch of Minox cameras that I am fond of too. I used  
each and every one of them. Now they're retired but I take them out  
and admire them now and then, remember the good times I had carrying  
them and making photos that people didn't believe came out of a submini.

But that's not collecting, that called "being too sentimental to sell  
and they're not worth a dime anymore anyway." ;-)

My work cameras are just tools. Good tools, sometimes I get attached  
to them for the enjoyment of them, but mostly just tools that I buy  
and sell because I need them or no longer use them. While I admire  
their quality and excellence, I don't get attached.

Things mean very little to me. Even nice things. I've owned lots of  
nice things over the years: I don't want them to own me.
