I have the Sigma EF-530 DG ST and I love it! It does more than the Pentax 360 (like it swivels and rotates) and it costs less than the Pentax 540. My only complaint is that it is missing the bounce card that the 360 has built in (it does have a built in diffuser). It also has a higher guide number than the 360, I believe.
