I have a soft spot for Russian glass... :-)

A Tair 3a from a Zenit Photosniper which an old design 300mm f4.5 or 
perhaps one of these

Used ones of both turn up for a song on the bay...

Just for a laugh I modified a Photosniper to electrically fire the 
*ist-dl, much easier than dragging a tripod through the undergrowth but 
can have a tendency to get you noticed by the authorities. takes quite 
nice pictures though.
