MOBO = motherboard (or mainboard for those who do not like what might be construed as sexist connotations.) The center of the system -- the big board that everything else plugs into -- CPU, memory chips, sound and video cards, various other cards and connections for peripherals, etc. P1V = Pentium 4, latest in Intel CPU series, offering the fastest speeds.
