There is a bit of sidewalk in 7 and 8 between the wall and the grass. A  
higher point of view would make that show up, and ruin the shot. We could  
go looking for another wall, though. In 9 I think I would lose the  
reflection. The location are public gradens of a hotel, there are limits  
to where I can stand...

I tried, trust me. The stairs are rather narrow.
