Great shots, Walter.  I prefer the first, as I find it more dramatic.

Just a little nit:  I find that string (or thread or whatever) quite
bright and somewhat distracting.  Perhaps it could be toned down just
a teensy bit.

Otherwise, both are amazing shots.  Great detail, clarity and colours
