Oooops, It was just a joke. Dave answered with a 'yawn' to an entry about a new Pentax glass, and I just wanted to connect with my thread last week about the list focus swift. That's all. (and, at the end, the yawn was more about the range of zoom presented, rather than about being an equipment subject).
I am sure that this GFM event is well worth it, as you say some of you are crossing the ocean in order to attend. In my case, well, nature photography is not one of my primary interest and I would find hard to justify to me and to my family such a trip. I've been only once in the US and it was for 4 months !! If I mentioned it is because there has been a lot of threads about it recently and because it is a good example of a non Pentax related topic, as opposed to the lens one.
