Right, I wasn't sure at first, then when I learned it was a tape measure, I was blown away by the creativity. You know, I learned of the work of Vanessa Winship that way. She's a British photog who won an award & I googled her name, and was able to see all her great work. She did a series of portriats of turkish young girls, I think it was. Just beautiful. Really, really great stuff. > > I think I saw in downtown Toronto that the 2008 Flash Forward > exhbition is comming soon, but I'm not sure (after that the book is > released). Are you Toronto based? More nice stuff; I didn't look at all the photos, but my 1st impression is that the Flash Forward stuff is more mature. What do you think? You know, I'm going to have to take a portrait of someone sitting on a bed. That seems to be very popular ;-) Those portraits are everywhere! I'll give a closer look to pause to begin in the next day or so.
