For quality I dont see any difference in Sigma and PENTAX lenses, I am perhaps mistaken, but I do see a difference in price. I just priced a 70-200mm 2.8 constant AF lense and Sigma came in just under $2000.00 AUD while the PENTAX equivalent came in just of $5000.00 AUD Even if the PENTAX lens is better, is it $3000.00 better?
