Ah, the first question is answered: After introducing their 1D-III competitor, would Nikon go after the 1Ds-III or the 5D next? Seems they're (wisely, IMO) going after the 5D market segment first. The 1Ds competitor could appear as soon as next month, though. Also: $3000.00 to start? Eeeeexcellent! Could be around $2500 in the shops before the end of the year.
