Yep. I suspect the need to have 2 lens lines played no small part in the 
decision to drop the 645D; if they didn't want to make *three* lens 
line-ups they had to decide whether their second lens line would be 
full-frame 35mm or reduced-frame MF and concluded that the former looks 
more like a winner.

If the Nikon D700 starts out at three grand and hits 2500 within a year, 
I'm guessing around $2000.00 for a Pentax full-frame in 2010. I'll order 
the first one that hits B&H :)
