Let her believe what she wants, it's bollocks. The cost (in terms of money and stress) of any legal action has to be balanced by the net gain acquired. Here, it is zilch. If you've got permission from the landowner/organiser to photograph at an event, it is up to the landowner/organiser to make patrons aware that photographs and / or video will be shot, and by patrons participating and/or being present, they are accepting those terms.
