This was taken w/ an Optio S7, ISO 200, at 1/10s, f/5.2, all set via the camera. I'm thinking that I just can't handhold a shutter speed so slow. It was about 7-7:30 in the evening, foggy overcast in an outdoor restaurant patio. The camera doesn't seem to have manual settings, but is the right size for social events. I think I just have to learn it's limits. Open to comments and suggestions for improvement.
