Yes. And it most probably misses part of what makes a lens limited: built  
quality. Or is the Tokina lens body as good as the Pentax?

Interesting. Especially in the beginning of the Tokina-Pentax coöperation,  
there was a lot of speculation (often stated as fact) that the Tokina's  
would have SMC. Apparently not (?).
