That appears to be the socket for the power supply (commonly called 
"wall warts" over there, I believe) rather than a socket for an audio 
lead.  If you search around, you can find PSUs that are switchable 
between quite a few voltages and can reverse polarity on their multiple 
outlet plugs.

More likely, you will find a fixed 15V PSU and have the choice of outlet 
plugs for it, like this:
