I'm feeling a bit wistful these days - summer is nearly over and it feels almost as if it never came to Toronto. Lots of rain - record-setting rain in fact - and no heat wave yet. I know lots of people hate heat waves, but to me they're what summer's about. Like blizzards in winter, I guess, they're what define the season to me. The dog-days of August and all... Anyway, your post and photo kind of sum up how I'm feeling right now. The waters look choppy and the sky looks vaguely threatening, it looks kind of cool on that beach. Kind of like Toronto's summer this year. Wonderful photo of your nephew! cheers, frank -- "Sharpness is a bourgeois concept." -Henri Cartier-Bresson -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
