IMHO, that's a very pleasing shot; the minimalist background (dividing
the frame using the fence and yellow flowers) the position of the main
subject (slightly off centre) and the use of the depth of field (good
reason to push for a DSLR ;-P ) are all great;

If I were nitpicking I would crop a little bit of the bottom, but I'm
not flower shot expert...
