Thanks, Ken, I'll pass on your kind words. Indeed, the shutter lag ( which can be several seconds by the time the very slow autofocus locks - and the only focus-point is dead-centre) and the horrendous LCD viewing screen (no proper viewfinder) make her p&s camera almost useless catching action. She finds that very frustrating.
