I saw it somewhere before, (You probably know but..) I reckon it was some dude showing off his skill by staying in place on a fixie with only one leg. It's tremendously impressive. I can hardly stay in place with a geared bike, with both hands and feet on there. (Having a fixie might help in that regard though as you can easily move forward and back, while on a geared bike, one is supposed to do it on a slight slope to replicate that behavior)
