Charles,
I've had the lens for 25 years and love it.
It was fast enough to use indoors with film.
That's not such a big point now with digital speeds,
but the f2.0 always helped me.  I got better focus!
Some pdml'ers are not so wild about it, but it's a great portrait lens.
If you watch ebay for a couple of weeks, I'd bet you could have one
for $100-$160.
That's lots cheaper than the DA70mm and it's full frame.
And it's not much bigger than the A 50mm f1.4.
