I have a similar problem with shoulders. I wear the bag with the strap bandolier style (strap over the head and across the chest) which seems to work fairly well. A Domke F6 "Little Bit Smaller" bag seems a good carrier for two pro-sized cameras fitted with lenses and the casual accessory stuff.
