In my opinion - yes
I do these cards (Photographer's Edge) all the time. I use a 3 to 4 year old
Epson Stylus Photo and their 4" X 6" photopaper. I have my significant
images scanned to a Photo CD, use Photoshop 5.0 to size and color correct.
Not counting ink and scanning, my costs are under $1.50 per card.
I've seen images in these cards being sold for $6.00 each. You don't need
software as sophisticated/complex as Photoshop.
