Paul, I made the prints I sent. I just didn't take the pictures. (And neither did the printer manufacturer.) I don't mind not being considered for prizes (although if the rules had been clear I would have done differently), but I went to some trouble to find the examples, print them, and mail them, and I wouldn't be happy to have my contribution disregarded entirely. --Mike P.S. Actually one of the nice things about digital is that if you can find full files on the web to download, you can print an "original" picture from any given camera on your own equipment. It matters not to the final result whether you downloaded somebody else's picture from the web or from your own camera after having taken it yourself. As somebody who has spent a lot of time over the years procuring cameras to try them and see what they can do, this is a nice advantage--I now have "original" E-20 prints made on my equipment despite the fact that I have never taken any pictures with the E-20. - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
