I think what 'they' mean is: Don't force the plunger in the syringe any harder that it takes to fill the nozzle tube, then let it sit 3+ hours (overnight is best) If it's really dried up in there, you may have to repeat the process. But don't try to force the dried ink through the nozzles with syringe pressure. Wait until it liquifies and gentle pressure will them force the goo through the heads onto the paper towel you slide under them - you did remember to put that under their, didn't you? :-0
