Hi Brendan,
great shots!
I reviewed / tested W60 this summer and liked it pretty much. Overall
picture quality is clearly better than W30 (especially at higher ISOs),
but the lens seems not as sharp as 43WR. Damn, I still miss that "brick"...
However - I do not like the W60 body design. IMO, WP to W30 were better.
Plastic instead of metal, freaky tripod socket placement and shy flash
(tried to hide itself behind my finger all the time...).

I promised a gallery of watch images with the new
Optio W60. These are just a few from the last two
batches.
I shoot on black paper now instead of the white. It
gives a moodier feel but my client likes it. This
camera definately has better dynamic range than the
W10. Highlights are easier to tame vs. the W10 which
is a shot-to-shot issue when working with shiny metals
and reflecting crystals. So, that and the increased
10MP resolution, the ability to focus down to 1 cm
(without the lens protruding from the camera), and a
better LCD make the camera a real winner.
All of these images are ISO 100 and handheld.
Oh yeah, and it shoots video underwater.
