Do you mean when it's either earlier or later?

Around sunrise or sunset - for a more golden tone.
Take what you can get regarding orientation.

Do you mean when it's either earlier or later? How would doing so effect the barn/water association? FYI, the barn faces the north, so early AM would place the water side in shadow.
